Group sessions are a great way to receive frequencies at a lower cost. The energy of group sessions can be greatly amplified, much like a group meditation and will have a great affect  on your field.

The panels available in group sessions are ones that can work well with everyone, because they deal with thing that we all experience and whatever the frequency is that is chosen will be of help to each individual in the group.

It is important to know that using frequencies will ONLY have a positive effect. If your field does not need any frequency it simply will not accept it, but will accept what it does need.
